Vanderpol Center for Leadership and Pastoral Formation is a community of individuals who believe that in order to transform societies and communities, we empower the people.
We believe that we empower people by listening to them and by journeying with them through the recovery of their souls.
We believe in dialogue, not just in information exchange.
We believe in embracing interculturality and not just multi-culturality or cross-culturality.
We believe that transformation of organisations and communities begin with self-awareness and authentic relationships.
